We named our company "Insight" for a significant reason: when people make new connections, and new learning takes place, there is often a brief, but amazing experience of enlightenment, as a new connection is made. That point of realisation, we call insight- and so we call ourselves insight training. Through our courses, coaching and training we endeavour to help as many people to achieve this experience as possible. We realise that each person's journey is different and so we dissuade people from searching for "The Truth" for that is only subjective, and instead, search tirelessly and fearlessly, for "what works." And so, we encourage people to take what is useful, and to disregard the rest-for that is all there is....
